They can be obtained from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncei.noaa.gov\/data\/oceans\/ncei\/ocads\/metadata\/0315582.html\" target=\"_blank\">GLODAP page<\/a> at NOAA&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nodc.noaa.gov\/ocads\/\">OCADS<\/a> National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) data archive or using the links below.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nFor the csv files, the file <i>EXPOCODES.txt<\/i> can be used for translating cruise number, as given in the data files, to cruise expocodes. The expocodes are included within the master netCDF and Matlab files.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe <i>cruise_uncertainties.csv<\/i> file includes cruise uncertainties for all core parameters that reflect uncertainties from variations in practices that are consistent on a cruise but vary between cruises. To propagate the cruise uncertainties through a given analysis, these should be represented by a common perturbation affecting all measurements from a given cruise.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nPlease refer to Lange et al. (submitted) and Humphreys et al.
